City Tour Salvador

On this tour, we will visit the main tourist and historical sites of Bahia’s capital, following an itinerary that blends culture, faith, and beautiful landscapes.

Our tour begins at Forte de Santo Antônio da Barra (Farol da Barra), one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. We then continue through the upper city, passing Corredor da Vitória, Praça Dois de Julho, Teatro Castro Alves, Forte de São Pedro, Praça da Piedade, and Praça Castro Alves.

The highlight of the tour is the visit to Pelourinho, considered by UNESCO the most important colonial architectural ensemble of the 17th and 18th centuries. The visit is done on foot, passing by the Church of São Francisco de Assis (with its interior richly decorated in gold), Largo do Pelourinho (where slaves were punished), and the Jorge Amado House Foundation.

In the second part of the tour, we descend to the lower city, where the Itapagipe Peninsula stands out, offering beautiful views of Avenida dos Vales and the traditional Ribeira neighborhood, famous for its popular festivals and folkloric events. We pass by the Saveiro Clube da Bahia and visit the famous Church of Senhor do Bonfim, one of the state’s most important religious temples. (Note: the church is closed on Mondays.)

On the return, we pass by Forte de Montserrat, Praia da Boa Viagem, and the Elevador Lacerda, a traditional landmark connecting the upper and lower parts of the city. The tour concludes with a shopping stop at Mercado Modelo, the largest handicraft center in Bahia.

Return to the hotel (Inform your hotel).

Saída dos principais hotéis de Salvador até o Terminal Marítimo para embarque em lancha ou ferry-boat com destino à Ilha de Itaparica (aprox. 1h de travessia). Do outro lado da Baía de Todos os Santos, seguiremos por trajeto rodoviário por cerca de 100Km, cruzando as paisagens incríveis da Costa do Dendê, e chegaremos ao Terminal de Bom Jardim, onde embarcaremos em lancha rápida (aprox. 20 min) para Morro de São Paulo

Tour to the Islands – Frades & Itaparica

Departure from the hotel with transfer to the pier for boarding a schooner equipped with ambient sound, a bar, and an accompanying guide. The entire journey takes place within the beautiful Bay of All Saints, with panoramic views of Salvador’s upper city, including iconic landmarks such as the Elevador Lacerda, the Government Palace, and Forte de São Marcelo.

The first stop is at the charming Frades Island, considered one of the most beautiful in Bahia, with its crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and relaxation.

Next, we proceed to Itaparica Island, stopping at Ponta de Areia beach, where lunch will be served (buffet with a variety of salads, meats, fish, seafood, and chicken). After lunch, there will be free time to enjoy the beach.

Return to Salvador around 5:30 PM.

City tour da Bahia

Esse passeio de dia inteiro nos levará a conhecer a Ilha dos Frades, uma das 56 ilhas que compõem o arquipélago, na Bahia de Todos-os-Santos. A escuna sai do Centro Náutico da Bahia às 09:00h, de onde teremos uma bela vista panorâmica da cidade de Salvador. O relaxante percurso navegando em águas calmas e uma encantadora vista marinha da baía, será de aproximadamente uma hora e meia até a Ilha dos Frades. A Ilha dos Frades pertence ao município de Salvador, possui 6 quilômetros de comprimento em formato de estrela e apresenta belas paisagens com praias, lagos, coqueirais e uma vegetação típica de Mata Atlântica ainda muito bem preservada com árvores nativas, inclusive o pau-brasil.
